1. General Policy

At TutorOnLK, our goal is to ensure that every student receives high-quality tutoring services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may qualify for a refund, provided that your situation meets the criteria outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access a booked session because of platform errors.
• Tutor Unavailability: If a tutor cancels a confirmed session and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.
• Service Not Delivered: If the purchased service, such as a course or tutoring session, was not delivered as promised.
• Duplicate Payments: If you are charged more than once for the same service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• If a tutoring session has already been completed.
• If you change your mind after the service has been delivered.
• If you fail to attend a scheduled session without giving prior notice of cancellation.
• For discounted or promotional packages, unless otherwise specified.

4. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase or the scheduled session date.
• To request a refund, email support@tutoronlk.com and include proof of payment along with your reason for requesting a refund.
• If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

If only part of a package or subscription has been used, TutorOnLK may consider issuing a partial refund at its sole discretion.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

TutorOnLK reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on www.tutoronlk.com and will include a revised effective date.
